The position is open to all applicants that meet the minimum qualifications below.
The Technical College System of Georgia (TCSG) is seeking highly qualified applicants for their full-time Training Coordinator position in the Office of Georgia Quick Start. This position is responsible for conducting industry job and training analysis, developing training plans and designing performance-based training for Quick Start project companies. This position is located at the TCSG Georgia Quick Start Office in Savannah, Georgia.- This is not a remote position*
- Coordinates a projects team, instructional designers and instructors to develop and deliver training. Creates and implements processes to ensure quality and effectiveness of instructional materials and instruction.
- Monitors project activity, maintains training records, and conducts research to acquire new resources and technologies for industry skills assessment and training.
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources Development, Instructional design, Business, Engineering, Adult Education or a related field *and* two years business experience in a training environment OR Six years business experience in a training environment
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources Development, Instructional Design, Business, Engineering, Adult Education or a related field *and* four years business experience in a manufacturing training environment OR eight years business experience in a manufacturing training environment.
