OVERVIEW
The Technical Director is responsible for the proper execution of Sunday services. The Technical Director will bring an intentional, comprehensive, and professional level of technical production for weekend services, online streaming, and large events. This leader will be responsible for all technical and production systems and will closely partner with the CFO and the Creative Arts Director to create high-quality, consistent, and worshipful services. This role is responsible for the equipment, process, and budget involved in production. The Technical Director will have a shepherd’s heart, the skill and knowledge of an expert, a commitment to learn while seeking to improve, and a calling to lead teams to do the same. This role requires experience and appreciation for traditional and modern worship styles.

WORK ENVIRONMENT/PHYSICAL DEMANDS
Schedule includes working evenings, weekends, and extended hours as required by ministry and events as needed. This includes Christmas Eve, Christmas Concert, and Easter. Typical hours will be split between weekdays and weekends/evenings. Able to set up and take down production equipment, including but not limited to, cameras, tripods, lights, sandbags, etc. Able to lift 50 pounds as necessary for the production equipment.
