Job Description

• Coordination with Service Providers, Equipment Providers and Customers
• Network and equipment documentation
• Work with automated database and software
• Utilize excellent communication skills
• Prioritize and work independently
• Provide quality, timely, and accurate management of any issues within functional area of responsibility
• Create and maintain detailed network documentation
• Provide excellent customer service
