RightCapital, a fast-growing fintech company, is seeking a Technical Revenue Operations Manager to oversee all the core business applications, processes and procedures related to revenue generation. This role is critical to the continued growth and success of the company and will be responsible for ensuring the company's revenue operations tech stack is operating effectively across the Sales, Marketing and Customer Success teams
The successful candidate will be responsible for developing, implementing, and championing the company's revenue operations strategy and systems to drive revenue growth, improve operational efficiency, and enhance the overall customer experience.
In this position, you will anticipate bottlenecks, provide escalation management, and build consensus by understanding stakeholder requirements and constraints. You will be expected to clearly communicate goals, roles, responsibilities, and desired outcomes to cross-functional teams. You will help identify, prioritize, and advocate for the highest value opportunities, as well as create and manage new efficiency opportunities within our revenue technology stack from ideation to launch to maintenance.
Responsibilities:
· Change Management: Lead change management initiatives to ensure smooth adoption of new features or processes within relevant business applications, especially Salesforce, with the main goals of improving operational efficiency and/or driving revenue growth.
· Process Improvement: Identify opportunities for process optimization and automation within relevant business applications, especially Salesforce, to increase operational efficiency within and across revenue-generating teams
· Stakeholder Engagement: Work closely with business leaders, IT, and end-users to gather requirements, communicate project progress, and deliver training when necessary.
· Documentation and Training: Develop comprehensive documentation for Salesforce processes and configurations. Lead training sessions for the business team to ensure optimal use of the platform.
· Lead the effort in identifying and implementing new opportunities for process improvement and operational excellence within revenue-generating teams.
· Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including Engineering/DEV, Sales, Marketing, Finance, and Customer Success, to define business needs and identify potential solutions. Ensure requirements are completed and implementation plans match expectations.
· Partner with the Engineering/DEV teams to ensure timely and successful development and launch of process improvements.
· Develop the project and ticket intake process, document stakeholder requirements, prioritize initiatives and deliver solutions in partnership with Engineering.
·Assist with the creation and maintenance of a change management/governance methodology (i.e., release cadence, sprints, or other) to ensure deadline delivery.
·Ensure all system changes meet business requirements and proper documentation is provided for education and compliance.
· Define success criteria for testing, including working with technical partners to review Quality Assurance Testing (QA) as well as facilitate and participate in user acceptance testing (UAT).
· Facilitate the creation and maintenance of proper systems documentation and technical maps for the core business applications used in revenue operations.
· Stay up to date with relevant business application releases, best practices, and new technology resources available to support the growth and objectives of the team and business stakeholders.
· Develop and maintain a deep understanding of the fintech industry and competitive landscape.
Requirements:
· Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Information Systems or a related field.
· 5 years of experience in revenue operations, sales operations, technical product management, or a related field, preferably in a fintech company.
· Experience in Agile Project Management methodology strongly desired.
· Proficiency in CRM software (eg Salesforce), sales automation tools, and data analytics platforms. Salesforce certifications (eg Salesforce administrator, Salesforce Project Manager) are highly preferred.
· Strong project management skills, with the ability to prioritize and manage multiple projects simultaneously. Preference given to candidates with a PMI certification.
· Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to use data to drive decision-making.
· Exceptional leadership qualities and team management experience.
· Excellent written and oral communication as well as interpersonal skills, with the ability to work cross-functionally and influence without direct authority.
· Highly organized and able to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
· Detail-oriented, with a focus on accuracy and precision.
· Proven experience in driving revenue growth through operational efficiency and process improvements.
· Deep understanding of sales processes, customer lifecycle management and SaaS business models is preferred.

· You will be independently leading projects with Key Stakeholders.
· You will have completed a Salesforce hygiene project (in collaboration with an Admin) within 6 months of hire. Project TBD, likely reporting or user experience.
· Full documentation of 3 of our tools (their capabilities, how we are using them, integrations)
· Full Optimization of at least 3 tools, not including Salesforce. Ensure we are using them the way we should be to get the full value with a plan
