We are currently seeking out eligible technicians to perform Assistant Help Desk Support Level-2 Technician work. Pay starts at $20-$22/HR depending on previous experience for full-time work in Front Royal, VA 22630 for the next 1 years!
Schedule:
- Mon-Fri (long-term, 40-hours per week project)\
- 8:00 AM to 4:00 PM
Scope of Work & Requirements:
- Hardware troubleshooting, analysis, and swap for end-user devices.
- IMAC Install, Move, Add/Change, De-Installation - Coordinate clients? approved IMAC requests with local support teams for delivery of IMAC Services.
- Hands and eyes support for Meeting Room AV troubleshooting and repair.
- Break fix support, troubleshooting and repair for AV Meeting Rooms.
- Hands and Eyes support (server reboots, network equipment, circuit downs, swapping failed devices);
- Provides on-site resource to visually verify the state of a Server or Network-connected Device as directed and to perform necessary tasks as directed to resolve an incident.
- Assist with port shutdowns, check router, patch cord swap, SFP swap, move link to another port, create a loop to help identify where the fault lies (all under the remote supervision and instruction from Microsoft personnel).
- Swapping failed device (could be blade or switch down or AP down ? reseat cable, move to another port, to cable room - all under the remote supervision and instruction from Microsoft personnel.
