Pay Range: $55 to $65 per hour

Job Description:

The Technology Engagement Consultant is tasked with maintaining an in-depth understanding of the functional capabilities across various areas and products, serving as a subject matter expert. This role oversees, directs, and evaluates all activities associated with delivering technology products. Core responsibilities include ensuring product quality, adhering to project timelines, and enhancing customer satisfaction. This position interfaces directly with clients to delineate and document requirements for a specified range of custom-developed or vendor software products. Essential tasks include the creation of comprehensive documentation, encompassing requirements, user stories, acceptance criteria, feature descriptions, user guides, process flows, and wireframes. Moreover, the incumbent conducts Design Thinking sessions to glean insights into end-user and customer needs, contributing to product enhancement strategies.

Responsibilities:

• Define and analyze business and user requirements for both new and enhanced products.
• Collaborate with the Engagement Manager to develop and present project onboarding processes and materials such as charters and Statements of Work (SOW).
• Lead and oversee all testing and quality assurance (QA) activities throughout the project lifecycle. This involves working with and guiding offshore QA resources to formulate and execute Test Plans, Test Scripts, and other QA-related deliverables.
• Partner with the Engagement team and clients to strategize and execute User Acceptance Testing (UAT).
• Assist the Engagement team in providing timely status reports as mandated by leadership.
• Proactively address business and project issues, escalating as necessary.
• Perform additional job-related duties as delegated.

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree (not required but strongly preferred).
• 4 years of relevant experience.
• Proficiency in ADO, Azure DevOps, and Jira.
• Demonstrated experience in custom-built enterprise applications, applications with multiple complex data integrations, and applications featuring intricate business rules.
• Extensive experience with Agile Methodologies.
