Essential Functions :

• Support the complex / critical job duties daily with high personal diligence in conducting work with primary focus on Compliance, Quality, Timeliness and Productivity.
• Support conducting quality audits in time, ensure timely feedback to associates to improve quality, ensure errors are root caused, corrective and preventive actions are in place.
• Effectively triaging the complex cases that need research and root causing, working with internal and external parties aligning with customer centric approach while strictly adhering to standard guidelines and work instructions.
• Handle / guide the team in managing escalations, expectations per timelines, for both customers and internal partners.
• Applications and system savvy to quickly adapt to changes in IT systems and programs.

Job Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities :

• Exceptional written and verbal communication skills with an emphasis on crafting business correspondence. Excellent command of the English language.
• Ability to multi-task and work under pressure
• Detailed oriented, adaptable to learn new processes / procedures.
• Basic understanding of sales operations, contract setup, contract workflows, billing and customer set up activities among other related processes.
• Proficiency in Microsoft tools and computer skills, keyboard, numeric data entry, and use of a mouse
• Positive, strong work ethic and professional attitude
• Ability to learn prescribed Work Instructions and follow steps required to perform the assigned work.
• Proactively notify management when work instructions are not clear, or assistance is required.
• Maintaining documentation for work performed.
• Flexibility to work a shift between 7 : 30am-6 : 30pm - Monday through Friday. This position will be working in an office environment.

Education and Experience :

• Must have 1 years of relevant work experience in an office setting.
• High School diploma required; bachelor's degree preferred.
