Opportunity:
The Rates Manager leads revenue requirement and utility rate calculations for various regulatory filings and acts as an integral part of the regulatory affairs team. The rates manager is responsible for the development of rate case financial statements and schedules and serves as the Company’s subject matter expert and witness for rate cases filed with the Arizona Corporation Commission (ACC).
The role is responsible for financial analysis, compilation of financial statements which include rate base schedules, test year income statements, cost of capital, statistical schedules, projections and forecasts, cost of service analyses, tariff schedules, revenue requirements, and proposed rate and bill impact analyses. The role reports directly to the Director, Regulatory Affairs and is responsible for communicating and working across the entire organization to achieve successful outcomes.
