Telecommunications Manager manages an organization's telecommunication systems to ensure optimal network performance. Implements and enforces policies and procedures for installing and maintaining telecommunications equipment. Being a Telecommunications Manager plans and manages complex installation or repair projects. Assesses current and future telecommunications needs and researches and plans improvements to meet those requirements. Additionally, Telecommunications Manager trains and develops staff. May require a bachelor's degree. Typically reports to a director. The Telecommunications Manager manages subordinate staff in the day-to-day performance of their jobs. True first level manager. Ensures that project/department milestones/goals are met and adhering to approved budgets. Has full authority for personnel actions. To be a Telecommunications Manager typically requires 5 years experience in the related area as an individual contributor. 1-3 years supervisory experience may be required.     What You’ll Do:

    • Provide strategic communications counsel, integrated planning, and execution in support of senior leaders and our strategic priorities.
    • Develop effective internal communication campaigns that align with business strategies and initiatives, particularly as it relates to our Sustainability and Health Equity agenda.
    • Work with functional/cross-functional teams to develop and support comprehensive, integrated communication plans and campaigns that drive employee engagement around our values and priorities.
    • Oversee the strategic positioning and ongoing momentum of Power of US, our US enterprise-wide employee giving and volunteer platform

    Minimum Qualifications:

    • Bachelor’s degree in journalism, communication, marketing or related field
    • 5 years of experience in public relations and/or in a corporate communications function or public relations agency
    • Excellent writing, editing and proofreading skills
    • Experience utilizing content management systems and handling public relations agencies and other vendors

    Preferred Qualifications:

    • Experience with marketing and/or commercial communications
    • Corporate and internal communications experience
    • Experience in a leadership support role
