The Enrollment Agent is an integral position and plays a key role in creating exceptional customer and sales experiences on behalf of our client. The main objective of the Enrollment Agent position is to utilize a generated lead list provided by the client and follow up with prospective customers. These customers have previously inquired about products, requested contact, or are current customers and are eligible for service upgrades.
