FMP Telecommunications has seen considerable growth over the last quarter due to successfully launching and executing sales and business development strategies for our clientele. One of FMP’s key clients is looking to continue to expand their reach throughout Central Florida so we are hiring for an Enrollment Agent position with immediate availability.

The Enrollment Agent is an integral position and plays a key role in creating exceptional customer and sales experiences on behalf of our client. The main objective of the Enrollment Agent position is to utilize a generated lead list provided by the client and follow up with prospective customers. These customers have previously inquired about products, requested contact, or are current customers and are eligible for service upgrades.

Enrollment Agent Responsibilities:

• Follow a lead list provided by the client and deliver service presentations tailored towards the customer’s needs
• Answer customer questions thoroughly and escalate issues to the appropriate department if needed
• Establish and maintain genuine relationships with customer accounts to increase customer retention and satisfaction as well as create referral pipelines
• Process order requests and facilitate the enrollment process with ease, professionalism and transparency
• Verify customer identity and submit the required information to complete the enrollment process.
• Ensure all customer information is current, accurate, and kept confidential in accordance with our compliance and confidentiality requirements
• Identify new enrollment opportunities and establish relationships with potential members to reach the outlined goals and objectives
• Address and resolve enrollment-related issues and discrepancies that serve both the company and customers needs

Enrollment Agent Skills and Qualifications:

• Excellent communication skills including written, verbal and presentation skills
• Ability to problem solve effectively and deliver quality solutions in a timely manner

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $48,000.00 - $60,000.00 per year
