Role: Territory Sales Executive
Type: Hybrid
Territory: Candidate must live in the Chicago area
Summary:
As a Territory Sales Executive you will be responsible for selling high-end textiles and countertop accessories to a portfolio of hotels & resorts. This position offers a competitive base salary, a sales incentive bonus, a laptop and any applicable monthly expenses.
Responsibilities:
- Visit, present, promote and sell products/services using a consultative sales approach to 5-6 existing and prospective hospitality customers within a specified geographic area 4 days per week
- Perform cost-benefit and needs analysis of existing/potential customers to meet their needs
- Establish, develop and maintain positive business and customer relationships
- Expedite the resolution of customer problems and complaints to maximize satisfaction
- Achieve quarterly and yearly sales targets
- Coordinate sales efforts with internal team members to maximize customer satisfaction
- Analyze the territory/market’s potential and key customers
- Supply management with reports on customer needs, problems, interests, competitive activities, and potential for new products and services
- Maintain CRM accuracy through opportunity pipeline management and account activities
- Visit current and prospective hotels on a day-to-day basis
- Continuously improve through feedback
Requirements:
- Results-driven, persuasive, detail oriented and customer focused
- Proven work experience as a sales representative
- Knowledge of MS Office
- Familiarity CRM practices
- Ability to build productive business professional relationships
- Highly motivated and target-driven with a proven track record in sales
- Excellent selling, communication and negotiation skills
- Prioritizing, time management and organizational skills
- Ability to create and deliver presentations tailored to the audience's needs
- Relationship management skills and open to constructive feedback
- Valid driver’s license and operational vehicle
- BS/BA degree or equivalent
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $60,000.00 - $80,000.00 per year
