As a Sr. Maintenance Technician at Collective you have a passion for fixing things, and you strive to lead by example.  You show care and concern for residents through your excellence in completing service requests and preventative maintenance. You represent the EPIC core values of Collective.

• Manage all service requests at the property for priority, compliance, and safety occurrences
