$1,200 hiring bonus for an experienced automotive billing clerk.

RK Auto Group is a Virginia Beach multi-franchise, locally owned, automotive dealership. We are looking for an experienced vehicle billing clerk.

Offers of employment will be contingent on successful criminal background check

Job Type: Full-time, Monday through Friday, 8:30am – 5:30pm

Responsibilities:

• Process car deals.
• Make sure all necessary paperwork is in deal.
• Verify gross profit.
• Bill out wholesale, retail and fleet sales.
• Make lien payoffs and send to banks.
• Track titles on trades.
• Rebate processing.
• Finalize deals.
• Run various reports and clean as necessary.
• Performs other duties as assigned.

Qualifications:

• Automotive billing experience preferred
• Highly organized and detail orientated
• Willingness to take initiative
• Computer literacy, good communication skills
• Ability to multi-task
• Ability to provide quality customer service
