Job Overview
We are seeking a skilled and dedicated Tire Technician to join our team. As a Tire Technician, you will be responsible for performing tire services, including installation, rotation, balancing, and repair. You will work closely with customers to ensure their vehicles are safe and performing optimally. We are requiring English and Spanish speakers only that have great customer service skills.

Responsibilities

• Perform tire installations, rotations, and repairs efficiently and safely.
• Utilize power tools and equipment to service tires and perform vehicle maintenance tasks.
• Conduct thorough inspections of tires to assess wear and damage.
• Provide excellent customer service by addressing customer inquiries and offering recommendations based on vehicle diagnostics.
• Maintain a clean and organized work area, ensuring all tools and equipment are in good working condition.
• Assist in heavy lifting of tires and equipment as needed during service operations.
• Collaborate with team members to enhance service delivery and efficiency within the shop.

Requirements

• Proven experience in tire service.
• Speaks English and Spanish.
• Strong mechanical knowledge with the ability to diagnose vehicle issues effectively.
• Familiarity with tire repairs and techniques is a plus.
• Ability to operate power tools safely and effectively in a workshop environment.
• Excellent communication skills with a focus on customer service.
• Capability to perform heavy lifting as required during tire installation and maintenance tasks.
