**Job Summary:**

We are seeking a detail-oriented Title Processor to join our team. The ideal candidate will have experience in underwriting, title processing, post closing escrow, or working with banks is highly desirable.

**Duties:**

- Review title commitments and identify potential issues

- Prepare title documents for real estate transactions

- Coordinate with lenders, real estate agents, and clients to ensure a smooth closing process

- Conduct title searches and resolve any title defects

- Collaborate with loan officers and underwriters to facilitate the loan process

- Communicate effectively with all parties involved in the transaction

**Skills:**

- Proficiency in 10-key typing

- Knowledge of Fair Housing regulations and TILA

- Familiarity with escrow procedures

- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment

- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills

- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
