Job position description:
We’re seeking a full-time Title Examiner who will conduct title searches for real property according to customer orders to discover the history of title. This is done by analyzing and researching legal documents of public record through various databases and organizing all of the information discovered that is pertinent to the order so that the title products we offer can be produced. The ideal candidate we’re looking for is someone who enjoys working in a solitary environment, has a strong attention to detail, and strives for accuracy. The candidate must be willing to travel to conduct title searches in courthouses in the surrounding counties of the office.
Prior experience is not required. We provide all Title Examiners with one-on-one training and resources to learn the skills needed to succeed in the role.
Primary Functions and Skills:
· Collaborate with the Order Entry department to retrieve orders
· Examine and analyze real estate records and tract per company procedure
· Document all information pertinent to the property as stated in the customer order
