Members Title Group, LLC (“MTG”) is currently hiring a full-time Closing Officer to work out of MTG’s Brookfield office.

Qualifications

· Knowledge about title insurance and the real estate closing and settlement process

· Experience working in a real estate title agency, especially with handling closings

· Ability to work collaboratively with others and coordinate multiple files

· Strong verbal and written communication and interpersonal skills

· Professional behavior, appearance, and attitude, with good judgment

Responsibilities

· Gather pertinent information from involved parties in transactions, meticulously prepare closing documents, and effectively communicate instructions to all stakeholders.

· Create settlement statements, process check disbursements, and initiate wire transfers in accordance with prescribed closing procedures.

· Provide exemplary customer support by offering comprehensive guidance on company escrow services, procedures, and transaction statuses, ensuring clients are well-informed and satisfied.

· Execute various clerical tasks as necessary, including but not limited to handling incoming calls, processing orders, scanning documents, and performing general office duties with precision and efficiency.

· Conduct closings with professionalism and attention to detail, ensuring seamless transitions and compliance with all regulatory requirements.

· Remain adaptable and responsive to emerging needs, undertaking additional duties as required to support the overall efficiency and effectiveness of operations.

Compensation

· Salary in the range of $45,000 to $65,000, depending on candidate’s skills and experience

· At this time, MTG does not offer any employment benefits such as insurance or retirement savings contributions

MTG is a title agency that provides real estate settlement, closing, and title insurance to the greater Milwaukee area. Founded in 2011, MTG has built a strong customer base in new residential construction and general market residential real estate sales. Additionally, MTG recently added additional owners with a book of business in the residential real estate investor community. At MTG, we are trying to aggressively grow the business and we strive to be on the cutting-edge of the latest technology in the industry. For example, we close a substantial number of deals with Remote Online Notarizations (RONs). We have set our sights high and want to add folks to the team who likewise wants to help grow the company and modernize the industry.

Pay: $45,000.00 - $60,000.00 per year
