Title Examiner jobs in O Fallon, MO

Job Summary: Perform detailed property search using appropriate abstracting software and review of relevant county records, generate preliminary title commitment, review and examine all appropriate documents, update and prepare final title commitment and deliver to customer within the Company’s designated delivery turn time. This position may focus more on the search tasks or the examining tasks based on the experience of the candidate. Familiarity with policy issuance and document recording requirements are beneficial.

Minimum requirements:

• High School Diploma/Or Equivalent
• Title Insurance Producer License
• Organization and Time Management Skills
• Great Communication Skills
• Basic Computer Skills
• Knowledge of Soft-Pro
• Knowledge of TIMS and Laredo
• Overall Knowledge of Production Products, e.g. commitments and policies
• Overall Knowledge of Production Services, e.g. searches, examination
• (Knowledge of searching St. Charles County a plus)
• Attention to detail
• Problem solving skills
