Location : Boynton Beach, FL
We are seeking an experienced and detail-oriented Title Processor to join our team in Boynton Beach. This role requires expertise in processing Florida real estate transactions and providing exceptional customer service in a professional and collaborative environment. Key Responsibilities :
- Process and manage Florida real estate transactions with accuracy and efficiency.
- Review and interpret real estate contracts and title insurance requirements.
- Perform order entry and manage requests for surveys, lien searches, and estoppels, including addressing related matters.
- Fulfill lender title order requests and ensure compliance with all requirements.
- Maintain a pipeline of 30-40 files while meeting deadlines and delivering top-tier service.
- Collaborate with team members to resolve challenges with a solution-oriented mindset.
- Communicate effectively with clients, lenders, and stakeholders, both verbally and in writing.
Qualifications :
- Experience : Proven experience in processing Florida real estate transactions and familiarity with title-related matters.
- Skills : Strong critical thinking and problem-solving abilities.High attention to detail and organizational skills.Ability to multi-task and manage high-volume pipelines.Excellent verbal and written communication skills.Proficiency in ordering and addressing surveys, lien searches, and estoppels.
