Position: 5 Axis - CNC Programmer & Machinist (Mill/ Lathe)

From concept to finished product, MTM provides design, tooling, production, finishing and shipping services with strict adherence to quality and precision while providing highly personalized service.

MTM is seeking a high caliber CNC Programmer that has at least five years of experience. This position could serve the role of a Programmer, Programmer-CNC Machinist or a Programmer / Department Manager within the company.

Job Duties:
- Perform complex programming for horizontal and vertical mills

- Working with a variety of materials (aluminum, stainless steel, bronze, plastic, etc)

- Designing tooling and fixtures

- Work with tool room to develop dies for the stamping shop

- Work with planning / scheduling, operators & machinists to achieve quality and production goals
- Can perform Set-up of Lathes or Mills

Qualifications:
- At least 5 plus years of programming experience with CNC - horizontal and vertical mills (lathes a plus)
- Software experience using G-Zero or Mastercam (Surfcam a plus)
- Management experience if applicable

- Self Motivated

- Team player

- Experience working in a company supporting an international quality system

Required Skills:

- Strong mathematical and analytical skills

- Strong communication skills
