Responsibilities:

• Hands-on involvement in design and technical leadership across all stages of the electronic product life cycle.
• Analog and digital circuit board design and verification.
• Creation of written requirements and design specifications.
• Achievement of product requirements.
• Conducting analysis and making design tradeoffs.
• Development of plans and budgets while providing mentorship and coaching.

Who Will Be a Great Fit?  

• BSEE required, with an MS considered a plus.
• Experience in analog and digital circuit design, encompassing A to D conversion, microcontrollers, and I/O communications.
• Proficiency in power, control, and switching electronics design.
• Knowledge of PWB layout.
• Understanding of standards, including MIL and DO.
• Familiarity with various communication protocols (CAN, PCIe, RS232/422/485, Ethernet, SPI, JTAG, etc.).
• Demonstrated promotability with a preference for maintaining technical expertise.
