We are seeking a Manager of Civil Design to help provide technical and project leadership to our civil group.

In this role you will:

• Manage the design of Civil, including, highway, roadway, and bridge, projects
• Provide QA/QC review for design calculations and drawings
• Serve as technical advisor for staff
• Develop and mentor junior staff
• Cultivate client relationships
• Proposal development
• Other duties, as assigned

We are looking for someone who has:

• B.S. in Civil Engineering
• Illinois P.E. License
• 15 plus years of related technical experience
• 5 plus year of managing a staff
• Relationship building skills
• Excellent communication skills
• AutoCAD, MicroStation, MS Office, and other related software knowledge
