Develops policies, procedures, and formulas to guide statistical analysis and actuarial research and accurately evaluate the likelihood and financial impact of various risks. Being a Top Actuarial Executive ensures policies and procedures are implemented effectively to ensure regulatory compliance of all financial operations and products. Responsible for the strategic planning and oversight of product development. The Plant Operator's role is a true all-around support position for Top Tier Ingredients. Working with management and all the operational areas of Top Tier Ingredients, the successful candidate will be cross-trained in sanitation, line operation, truck loading and unloading, general cleaning of the plant and its equipment, and many other areas of the operation. This person will be called to stand in for all the operational areas for break relief, days off, and any other interruptions in coverage on the floor.
The Sanitation Technician is responsible for cleaning and sanitizing the process equipment to establish a clean environment for receiving, producing, and packaging quality ingredients for our partners. The sanitation technician ensures that all equipment and facilities are effectively sanitized in accordance with established food manufacturing regulations and in compliance with government sanitation requirements.
