Top Actuarial Executive provides leadership, innovation, and oversight to an organization's actuarial function. Develops policies, procedures, and formulas to guide statistical analysis and actuarial research and accurately evaluate the likelihood and financial impact of various risks. Being a Top Actuarial Executive ensures policies and procedures are implemented effectively to ensure regulatory compliance of all financial operations and products. Responsible for the strategic planning and oversight of product development. Additionally, Top Actuarial Executive establishes profitability targets and regularly reviews product rates, premium levels, and rating systems to evaluate effectiveness and measure performance against targets. Reviews and validates financial statements, regulatory filings, and other financial projections before publishing or submitting. Communicates with marketing and other key stakeholders to present rating structures and systems and ensure adequate understanding of products. Applies knowledge of mathematics, probability, statistics, principles of finance and business to calculations in life, health, social, and casualty insurance, annuities, and pensions. Requires a bachelor's degree. May require Associate of Society of Actuaries (ASA). May require Fellow of Society of Actuaries (FSA). Typically reports to top management. The role of Industry Client Executive (Manufacturing & Distribution) requires a self-motivated, driven sales professional with strong business acumen, a proven track record of success in solution selling, and a solid understanding of Manufacturing business operations and how relevant information technology solutions drive increased profitability and reduced risk.
The Industry Practice serves as a key part of the GES Organization driving net new opportunities in both acquisition and existing Manufacturing & Distribution accounts.
The Manufacturing & Distribution Industry Practice is responsible for developing, evangelizing and selling the vision, strategy and solutions that enable transformation across four key areas for our customers : Line-of-Business, Information Technology, Workforce Experience, and Customer Experience.
The Industry Client Executive co-leads overall account strategy, develops new digital transformation stakeholder relationships and leads transformational sales pursuits in close orchestration with the existing GES Account Team.
Industry Client Executives are instrumental in the pursuit, development and closure of transformational sales opportunities within their accounts while promoting the relevance of our Advanced Technology Center (ATC) through technical and business solutions and effectively marketing our capabilities, thereby enhancing the role of WWT within each customer and driving the profitable growth of our company.
