Duties:
- Greet patients and visitors in a professional and friendly manner
- Register patients by verifying personal and insurance information
- Schedule appointments and manage the appointment calendar
- Answer phone calls, respond to inquiries, and direct calls to appropriate staff members
- Maintain patient records and update medical information as necessary
- Assist with billing and insurance claims processing
- Handle patient check-in and check-out procedures

Experience:
- Previous experience as a Medical Receptionist or similar role is preferred
