Responsibilities:- Perform HR Softwate reconciliation on Monday mornings for erroneous entries.
- Creating, maintaining, and entering information into databases.
- Track Per Diem and Travel Rate Incentive and email to HR Manager
- Perform Per Diem and Pay Class Code reconciliation.
- Send detailed list to PMs at the end of each week with all Byers and Temp employees working on their jobsites for the following week.
- Create templates for weekly financial Audit
- Project Closeout Forms/QC Docs
- Policing, filing in proper folders, contact with PM’s and field team to obtain.
- Head up all Temp labor administrative duties.
- Receive mail daily and distribute to appropriate parties. Handle all outgoing mail.
- Conference Room bookings and Calendar
- Grounds & Maintenance Board
- Maintaining board and addressing all issues listed on the board by employees.
- Coordinate all rental equipment requests, maintain equipment Monday board.
- Ensure all employees are accounted for on a JSA each day.
Qualifications:- Strong organizational skills with the ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively.
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
- Attention to detail and accuracy in all work performed
- Sharp problem-solving skills paired with a proactive mindset
- Knowledge of human resources management practices and procedures, a plus
- Paycom experience, is a plus
- Flexibility and the capacity to prioritize new tasks
