We have an opportunity for a Senior Recruiter with a leading firm in the asset management industry. The ideal candidate will have a deep understanding of the industry, a robust network of contacts, and a proven track record of successfully recruiting top talent in a fast-paced environment. This role will be pivotal in identifying, attracting, and retaining high-caliber professionals who align with our company’s values and goals.

Qualified candidates MUST be coming directly from the asset management space with 7 years of proven experience in this field.

Key Responsibilities:

• Talent Acquisition: Develop and implement effective recruitment strategies to attract top talent within the asset management industry.
• Candidate Sourcing: Utilize various sourcing methods to identify potential candidates, including networking, social media, job boards, and industry events.
• Screening & Interviewing: Conduct thorough screening and interviewing processes to ensure candidates meet the technical and cultural requirements of the company.
• Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with candidates, hiring managers, and external recruitment agencies.
• Market Insights: Stay updated on industry trends, salary benchmarks, and best practices to provide insights and recommendations to hiring managers.
• Diversity & Inclusion: Promote diversity and inclusion in the hiring process to ensure a diverse and dynamic workforce.
• Reporting: Track and analyze recruitment metrics to measure the effectiveness of recruitment strategies and make data-driven decisions.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
• 7-10 years of recruitment experience, specifically within the asset management industry.
• Proven track record of successfully placing candidates in asset management roles.
• Strong understanding of asset management industry trends and practices.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
• Strong organizational and time-management skills.
• Proficiency in applicant tracking systems (ATS) and other recruitment tools.

Compensation and Benefits:

• $150,000 – 190,000 base discretionary bonus
