The Role
As a Vice President - Asset Management, you will spearhead our investment strategy by managing relationships with various portfolio companies throughout the investment lifecycle. By working closely with company executives, you will leverage your financial expertise to drive growth and optimize returns. Your responsibilities will range from evaluating restructurings to guiding companies through challenging times, ultimately influencing the success of our investments.
Key Responsibilities- Restructurings and Crisis Management:
- Lead restructurings and oversee liquidations, turnarounds, and crises management.
- Portfolio Management:
- Manage post-investment relationships with multiple portfolio companies.
- Collaborate with company executives to achieve operational milestones.
- Identify and recommend solutions during covenant breaches or defaults.
- Operational Diligence:
- Perform operational diligence and establish key performance indicators for portfolio companies.
- Reporting and Communication:
- Prepare portfolio updates and presentations for our Investment Committee.
- Effectively communicate findings and analyses with the team and senior management.
- Sector Intelligence:
- Develop sector intelligence to support monitoring and new deal execution.
