Top Audit Executive develops, leads, and executes a comprehensive enterprise-wide internal auditing strategy, function, and practice adhering to auditing standards and regulatory requirements. Establishes the auditing governance framework and procedures to attain long-term auditing objectives. Being a Top Audit Executive directs the creation of annual audit plans. Engages with other functions across the enterprise, like risk, finance, information technology, and security, to facilitate audits. Additionally, Top Audit Executive delivers audit reports to leadership and recommends enhanced controls or processes as needed. Sets goals for the auditing team and builds expertise with coaching and developmental initiatives. Requires a bachelor's degree. Requires a Certified Public Accountant (CPA). May require Certified Internal Auditor (CIA). Typically reports to top management. The Top Audit Executive manages a business unit, division, or corporate function with major organizational impact. Establishes overall direction and strategic initiatives for the given major function or line of business. About the Role:
Mid-career HVAC Service Tech enthusiastic team player, who likes working with their hands, troubleshooting & fixing problems in a residential environment, and make money over and above base pay. Company vehicle provided and service tech can be dispatched from home. For the sales aspect Warm leads, and referrals to you, for upgrading old equipment (sales) HVAC Service and Installation to light commercial and residential customers throughout the area.

- Pay Rate up to $30/hr PLUS Commissions (77,000-88,000 realistic the 1st year)

Requirements:
Service Tech & Sales Maintenance Tech or Mechanic: 3 years Commercial & Residential HVAC Service experience needed. Must be willing to provide excellent customers service and multi-task. Will need to own basic hand tools. Excellent communication skills a plus. Must possess a valid driver’s license. Service Technicians Universal EPA certification required. Sales background able to upgrade existing clients with old equipment. home residential sales experience in the HVAC industry. Valid driver’s license.
