**This position is a hybrid (in office & remote) role. Candidates must be able to work in the corporate office in Chesterfield, MO a minimum of three (3) days per week.

Duties & Responsibilities

1. Product Development and Marketing:
   • Collaborate with the Product Team to develop, refine, and market offerings through various channels.
   • Organize service offerings into user-friendly concepts for effective promotion.
2. Strategic Planning and Implementation:
   • Develop B2B and internal marketing strategies to enhance brand awareness and desirability.
   • Implement comprehensive marketing plans integrating print, broadcast, and online content.
3. Advertising, Promotion, and Brand Management:
   • Plan and execute branded advertising campaigns across online, print, and video platforms.
   • Assist in organizing promotional activities, events, sponsorships, and partnerships.
   • Manage and strengthen the organization’s brand across all media platforms.
4. Content Creation, Management, and Campaign Optimization:
   • Assist in developing and executing marketing campaigns.
   • Monitor campaign performance and analyze results to optimize strategies.
   • Develop content strategies (blogs, videos, infographics) to attract and retain customers.
   • Create compelling marketing collateral aligned with brand guidelines.
   • Engage with online communities and implement SEO/SEM strategies for improved visibility.
   • Track digital performance metrics to refine and optimize campaigns.
5. Market Research, Analysis, and Event Coordination:
   • Conduct research on market trends, competitors, and customer needs.
   • Develop tracking systems for marketing campaigns and online activities.
   • Analyze data to inform marketing strategies and decision-making.
   • Assist in planning and executing marketing events, conferences, and sponsorships.
   • Coordinate event logistics and cultivate relationships with media contacts.
6. Administrative Support and Communication:
   • Create sales presentations, collateral, and support documentation.
   • Provide administrative support, maintain marketing databases, and manage CRM systems.
   • Collaborate with internal teams to align on marketing initiatives.
   • Communicate marketing plans, updates, and results effectively to relevant stakeholders.
   • Develop and manage internal communication systems to facilitate seamless operations.
7. Exercise strict care when handling confidential client information

Qualifications, Skills, & Abilities

Required:

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, or related field with a strong academic record.
• Proficiency with Adobe Creative Cloud (CC) and Microsoft Office suite (Excel, PowerPoint, Publisher, Visio).
• Experience utilizing SEO principles and tools, CRM, and CMS.
• Knowledge of communications, public relations, market intelligence, and customer needs assessments
• Ability to translate complex data into user-friendly formats such as graphs and charts for clients and management.
• Strong attention to detail, crucial for spotting errors and inconsistencies.
• Excellent oral and written communication skills for courteous and professional interaction with leadership, team members, and clients.
• Ability to prioritize, organize, and complete multiple tasks as directed.

Preferred:

• Baseline knowledge of website analytics tools is a plus (e.g., Google Analytics) is a plus.
• Familiarity with healthcare supply chain and/or accounts payable is preferred.
