Your primary responsibility will be to implement behavior plans and interventions under the supervision of a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA). Duties:
- Implement behavior plans and interventions as directed by the BCBA
- Collect data on client progress and behavior
- Assist with the development of individualized treatment plans
- Provide direct care and support to individuals with developmental disabilities
- Conduct assessments and evaluations as needed
- Collaborate with other members of the treatment team, including therapists, educators, and medical professionals
- Utilize crisis intervention techniques when necessary
- Maintain accurate and thorough documentation of client progress and treatment

Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in psychology, special education, social work, or related field (preferred)
- Experience working with individuals with developmental disabilities or behavioral challenges
- Knowledge of behavior management techniques and strategies
- Familiarity with medical terminology and documentation practices
- Strong communication skills, both written and verbal
- Ability to work effectively as part of a multidisciplinary team
- Ability to maintain confidentiality and professionalism at all times
