This is a part time or full-time role as a Behavioral Therapist based in our Carlsbad location. This is a great opportunity to work with children with Autism and make a positive impact in their lives. We encourage you to apply and start your career in ABA Therapy with OBH if you have experience working with children OR have worked in the ABA field before.

Monday - Friday

Responsibilities:

• Provide one-on-one ABA therapy to children in school, homes, clinics, and more community-based settings.
• Implement behavior intervention plans and strategies.
• Collaborate with families and other members of the therapy team.
• Track and analyze progress and behavior reductions.
• Engage in ongoing training and development, keeping up-to-date with advancements in ABA therapy and RBT certification.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree preferred but not mandatory
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Collaborative
• Experience working with children or special needs individuals
• Must be 18 years of age
• Good transportation
