About the Position:

Provide support, information, and direction to assigned program staff. Ensure program philosophy, policies, and procedures are implemented.

A Typical Day as a Behavioral Health Clinical Supervisor:

• Direct office therapists in intake and assignment of new cases. Review documentation in electronic records, assessments/treatment plans and clinical reports.
• Ensure that therapists achieve productivity expectations.
• Provide weekly one-on-one supervision with office therapists.
• Provide direct service to clients in proportion to the number of therapists supervised. Follow policies and procedures for marital/family therapist when performing direct casework.

Does the Following Apply to You?

• Master's degree in Social Work, Human Service, or related field (required)
• Supervised Clinical Experience (preferred)

Additional Qualifications:

• Completion of DCFS criminal background check and fingerprinting
• Must be at least 21 years of age
• Obtain an insured vehicle
• At least three years of driving experience with a valid driver's license
