Although, we are the only local company offering both guard services and alarm systems, the complete package. Our team handles all types of business from residential to multi-facility large corporate clientele. Many of our customers have been with us since our inception in 1972.

This position is responsible for creating solutions to collect past-due payments from customers, assisting with general billing questions, completing general clerical work, and providing excellence in customer service. The successful candidate exhibits a positive approach to all situations and remains professional in their interactions with customers. Strong attention to detail is a necessity.
Responsibilities:

• Collect on past due accounts
• Maintain a professional attitude toward customers always
• Processing Payments
• Follow up with customers that have payment issues
• Accurately and promptly document account activity
• Handle basic customer service issues
• General clerical work such as answering phones, filing etc.
• Complete daily work based on established guidelines

Requirements: Skills:

• Ability to be assertive and persistent
• Knowledge of multi-line phone system

• Excellent communication skills

• Ability to multi-task
• Proficient in navigating and operating a computer running MS Outlook and MS Office.

Pay: $18.00 - $21.00 per hour
