Matt Curtis Real Estate is seeking a detail-oriented, customer-focused indicidual to join our Closing Team as a Closing Coordinator. You will be responsible for expertly communicating with our clients during their home buying and selling process to make their experience seamless. • As this is a remote position you will need to be disciplined in our work tasks and have good time management

What You’ll Do:

• Provide consistent Five Star Service in all interactions
• Verify and Input Listings to our CRM (Follow Up Boss), MLS and other channels
• Manage the scheduling of all closing events for clients and other parties involved including inspectors, attorneys, lenders and co-op agents
• You will be managing files from the contract to closing, this involves a lot of written and verbal communication, gathering documents and ensuring that everything is on track for closing day
• Develop, maintain and strengthen client relationships throughout the entire home buying/selling process

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: From $40,000.00 per year
