Top Computer Operations Executive oversees all aspects of an organization's computer operations department. Develops standardized operating procedures and policies to effectively operate and maintain computer systems and peripherals. Collaborates with department managers to understand and integrate current and future needs into operating plans.     Position Responsibilities:

    As an Assistant Technician you will be working alongside our skilled and friendly team members. The job responsibilities include:

    • Troubleshoot and diagnose customer systems and provide clear feedback to pinpoint any issues found.
    • Perform repairs on various technologies including Windows and Mac desktops & laptops, smartphones, tablets, printers, and more.
    • Consult with customers and offer advice and direction on how to best use technology to meet their home and business needs.
    • Help customers either in-person or over the phone by distilling advanced technical concepts into plain English.
    • Prioritize efficiently and handle multiple projects simultaneously.
    • Maintain detailed, timely, and reliable notes and documentation using our in-house ticketing system.
    • Provide tech support to Managed IT Service clients.
    • Ensure all operational policies and processes are followed (i.e., device check-in/check-out, service checklists, etc.).
    • Provide on-site service for clients when needed.
    • Stay current on new technologies, products, and services.
    • Help walk-in customers find parts in-store in the capacity of a sales associate.
    • Provide friendly and honest customer service, both in selling parts and providing services.

    Required Qualifications:

    • Passion and aptitude for technology.
    • Customer-focused attitude.
    • 2 years experience using Windows 10.
    • Good multitasking skills; ability to prioritize multiple tasks effectively.
    • Friday and Saturday availability.
    • Reliable transportation.
    • Pass a background check.
    • Prioritize ours and our customers’ health and safety by following CDC COVID guidelines, this includes being fully vaccinated.

    Desired Qualifications:

    • 1 years of Computer hardware repair experience (personally or professionally).
    • Experience with Windows 11 and macOS 11/12.
    • Experience with legacy versions of Windows and Mac OS (Windows 7/8/8.1, macOS 10.11-10.15).
    • Experience supporting customers’ homes or businesses.
    • Schooling in Computer Technology, vocational schooling, or 1 years of work experience is a plus.
    • Ability to work three eight-hour shifts or four six-hour shifts.
    • Your own vehicle.
