Operations Executive Assistant:

Inceed has partnered with a great company to help find a skilled Operations Executive Assistant to join their team!

This role will play a pivotal role in ensuring smooth operation of technical support operations, provide high level administrative support to the executive team, and handle some light accounting responsibilities. 

Responsibilities:

• Provide high-level administrative support to the executive team, including managing calendars, scheduling meetings, and handling travel arrangements.
• Assist with email correspondence and phone calls, ensuring timely responses and appropriate follow-up
• Assist in basic accounting tasks, such as data entry, invoice processing, and expense tracking.
• Maintain financial records and organize documents for accounting purposes.
• Act as a point of contact between clients and technical teams, ensuring clear and effective communication.
• Efficiently manage incoming technical support requests and dispatch them to the appropriate technicians.

Required Qualifications & Experience:

• Experience in Microsoft Office Suite
• Experience in communicating with clients in a professional manner 
• Experience managing an email inbox
• Experience scheduling meetings, travel arrangements, etc. 

Nice to Have Skills & Experience:

• Experience as a Technical Dispatcher using ConnectWise is preferred
