Being a Top Construction Executive manages financial processes like forecasting, estimating, budgeting, and cost control to ensure profitability. Builds effective teams and the capacity to estimate, scope, design, plan, organize and implement construction projects. Additionally, Top Construction Executive represents the organization in discussions and negotiations with clients, contractors, governmental or regulatory officials, and other stakeholders.
