The Building People, LLC, has a position open for a full-time Construction Scheduler with an active Top Secret Clearance.

Responsibilities include, but are not limited to:

• Analyze construction schedules provided by the General Contractors for accuracy, completeness and logic.
• Develop briefing slides and formal analysis of each iteration of schedule updates
• Maintain historical records of schedules and schedule performance on each project.
• Advise Project Managers and Construction Managers on schedule status and discrepancies.
• Serve as a Knowledge Manager for a large dynamic organization

Qualifications and Education Required:

• An ACTIVE and CURRENT TOP SECRET security clearance
• Bachelors Degree
• 5 Years directly relevant construction schedule experience
• Primavera (P6) and MS Project Experience required.
• Understanding of Construction Delay and Performance Analysis

The following skills/experience/qualifications are preferred for this role:

• Ability to draft Senior Level correspondence and briefings
• Excel and PowerPoint experience required.
• Power BI and other Data Analytics experience preferred.
• PMI-SP Certification preferred.
