Collaborating closely with dealership personnel, you'll ensure fair treatment and a smooth purchase experience for members, including facilitating necessary documentation for funding.     Requirements

     

    Responsibilities: 

    • Actively seek new sales opportunities through outbound cold calls, emails, and various channels. 
    • Develop a comprehensive understanding of customer needs and preferences. 
    • Assist member in understanding vehicles of interest & helping guide them through the dealership process 
    • Act as a liaison between Dealership personnel and credit union members and employees 
    • Exceed monthly sales targets by efficiently closing deals. 
    • Conduct in-depth research on potential clients, identify key decision-makers, and generate interest in our offerings. 
    • Ensure a white-glove purchase experience for clients by offering personalized assistance, addressing inquiries promptly, and guiding them through the buying process with professionalism and care 
    • Collaborate with the team to establish and nurture a strong sales pipeline, leading to successful closures. 
    • Articulate the value proposition of our products/services clearly to prospects. 
    • Maintain precise records of sales activities and outcomes daily, weekly, and monthly. 
    • Take full ownership of sales objectives and proactively explore strategies to surpass  

    Ideal Candidate & Qualifications:  

    • Proven success in meeting or exceeding sales targets and KPIs in a fast-paced sales environment. 
    • Extensive knowledge of auto dealership operations, F&I lending processes, and industry trends. 
    • Exceptional communication skills, both verbal and written, with a persuasive and engaging communication style. 
    • Process oriented 
    • Tech-savvy with proficiency in CRM software (specifically SalesForce), sales tools, and Microsoft Office Suite. 
    • Strong organizational skills with the ability to pivot quickly, adapt to changing priorities, and maintain a builder mentality towards achieving sales goals. 
    • Customer-centric mindset with a focus on providing exceptional service and building long-term relationships. 
    • Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team to drive sales initiatives and meet business objectives. 
    • Proven ability to navigate complex sales cycles and influence key stakeholders at various levels. 
    • Strong problem-solving skills with a strategic approach to identifying and capitalizing on sales opportunities. 
    • Flexible and adaptable to evolving business needs, market dynamics, and customer preferences. 
    • Results-oriented with a drive for continuous improvement and achieving measurable outcomes. 

    Physical Requirements: 

    • Prolonged periods of sitting at a desk and working on a computer. 
    • Ability to lift up to 10 pounds, if necessary.
