Top Corporate Compliance Executive provides leadership and direction for an organization's compliance programs, policies, reporting, and practices. Ensures that all activities follow regulatory requirements related to the governance of the organization as well as any industry-specific or location-specific laws. Being a Top Corporate Compliance Executive oversees internal controls and auditing systems that monitor and report on regulated activities and processes. Develops risk-based compliance testing of existing procedures and controls to identify, detect, and correct noncompliance. Additionally, Top Corporate Compliance Executive evaluates and implements changes to compliance processes due to new or amended regulations. We are looking for a cleaning professional to join our team! This position would be a great fit for an experienced cleaner who has a valid driver's license and is qualified to drive the company vehicle to commute to various worksites for each shift.
This is a part-time floater/on-call position that has potential to turn into a full-time position. This position will require the employee to work days, evenings, and/or nights Monday through Friday with start times which will vary each day depending on the shift schedule for that day. This position currently averages around 20-30 hours per week and will not work weekends.
Job duties will include general building cleaning such as emptying trash and recycling cans, dusting and disinfecting surfaces, cleaning kitchens and restrooms, and vacuuming/sweeping/mopping floors. Job specific training will be provided.
A qualified candidate would need to be physically able to work on their feet for the entire shift, squat and/or bend often and use their hands frequently.
We are looking to fill this position as soon as possible, however we will respect a qualified candidate’s wish to provide a 2 weeks notice to their current employer.
