Job Summary:
We are seeking a skilled Security Alarm Service Technician to join our team. The Security Alarm Service Technician will be responsible for installing, programming, maintaining, and servicing security alarm systems for our clients. The ideal candidate will have a strong technical background and excellent problem-solving skills to troubleshoot and resolve any issues that may arise.

Responsibilities:
- Install, program, and configure security alarm systems according to client specifications and industry standards.
- Perform routine maintenance, inspections, and repairs on security alarm systems.
- Respond to service calls and troubleshoot issues with security alarm systems.
- Test and verify the functionality of all installed security equipment.
- Conduct thorough system demonstrations and provide training to clients on the proper use of security alarm systems.
- Collaborate with team members to ensure efficient completion of projects and meet deadlines.
- Document all work performed, including system configurations, repairs, and parts used.
- Keep abreast of industry trends and advancements to continuously improve technical skills and knowledge.

Qualifications:
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Proven experience as a security alarm technician or similar role.
- Sound knowledge of security alarm systems, including installation and troubleshooting.
- Proficient in programming and configuring different types of security alarm systems.
- Familiarity with electrical systems and wiring.
- Excellent problem-solving and critical-thinking skills.
- Strong attention to detail and the ability to follow instructions accurately.
- Effective time management and organizational skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Valid driver's license and clean driving record.

Preferred Qualifications:
- Experience working with a variety of security alarm brands and models.
- Knowledge of local and national building codes and regulations.
