Credit Solutions ManagerThis position is responsible for preserving the Credit Union’s assets by controlling delinquent accounts, collecting delinquent loan payments and/or recovering collateral; hiring, scheduling, training, and monitoring the work of other Collectors; disposing of repossessed collateral. The individual in this role will direct the efforts of the Credit Solutions team, ensuring that delinquency, charge off and allowance transfer goals are met. The Credit Solutions Manager will be responsible for monitoring team, conduct, goals and resources while ensuring that policies, procedures and regulatory requirements are followed.This position will collaborate with other departments to successfully provide the teams and members support resulting in favorable outcomes.Desired Skill and Talents:
- Three to five years of similar or related experience
- A two-year degree, or completion of a specialized certification or licensing or training
- Our ideal candidate should be driven, self-motivated, and organized
- Strong interpersonal communications; able to be a mentor and coach to team
- Ability to respond to issues that are sensitive in nature with discretion and discern the best response, often with multiple courses of action
- Ability to work through complex data and weigh the outcome of a decision
