CREDIT PROCESSOR INTERVIEWS HAPPENING THIS WEEK!!

Location : Woodbridge, NJ

Compensation : $21 / hr

A family-owned and operated property management company is seeking a Credit Processor to support their leasing agents. This individual will be responsible for reviewing credit applications, verifying income statements, and supporting the leasing process.

What you’ll do :

• Perform credit screenings on all of our applicants and occupants looking to apply for an apartment, using our 3rd party software
• Prepare and send lease agreements to tenants for electronic signatures
• Interact with leasing agents to review applications that either require further follow-up or are unable to screen
• Reviewing financial / income statements
• Verifying IDs and employment work
• Processing 75 to 100 credit applications weekly

What you’ll bring :

• 1 years of processing experience
• Experience in real estate or property management industries is a plus
• Strong Attention to Detail
