This individual will get a chance to work with 4 loan officers and the bank President to assist in their credit analysis. The ideal candidate will have 2 plus years of credit analysis experience. They will train a recent college graduate or add a seasoned credit person to their staff. The purpose of the hire will be for them to become a loan officer as they do have retirements coming.
