We’re currently seeking a Customer Service Representative (CSRs) who would like to increase their insurance knowledge and build their skills while making a positive impact on Markel’s customers.
We provide exceptional customer service through our simple processes, honest communications and employee expertise.
Responsibilities include :
CSRs are required to stay current and knowledgeable of all procedures to ensure department standards and guidelines are meet, which include : Schedule Adherence, Quality Assurance, First Contact Resolution, Average Talk Time, Average Handle Time, Average Speed of Answer and Coding.
