Being a Top Customer Service Executive provides leadership to establish direction and initiatives for service operations. Ensures that service policies and practices align with overall organizational direction and objectives. Additionally, Top Customer Service Executive leads a high quality customer support organization and instills a strong service culture that demonstrate industry best practices. Utilize service metrics and analytics to refine and continuously improve service delivery. Requires a bachelor's degree or equivalent. Typically reports to top management. The Top Customer Service Executive manages a departmental function within a broader corporate function. Develops major goals to support broad functional objectives. Approves policies developed within various sub-functions and departments. To be a Top Customer Service Executive typically requires 8+ years of managerial experience. Rocky Top Vapor has been in business since 2011 and is the Tri-Cities first and original vape shop! We are a retail vape shop as well as an e-liquid manufacturer of premium e-liquid. We have locations in Johnson City, Kingsport, Elizabethton, Greeneville, Bristol and more on the way!
This position is a floating position. Your home store will be the Greeneville location, but will float to our other 4 locations when needed.
