Responsibilities - Customer Service Representative:
Assist with launching and tracking marketing campaigns.-
Manage marketing tasks with vendors.

Promptly and accurately enter all customer inquiry data into the CRM system and effectively utilize lead management tools.

Meet and greet all customers in a gracious, professional manner – phone, text, and in-person.

Schedule appointments for customers
-
Remind customers (phone calls) regarding upcoming appointments.
-
Assist Service Advisor with Estimate preparation.
-
Perform post-appointment customer satisfaction surveys.
-
Respond to internet and sales inquiries with courtesy, accuracy, and professionalism.

Learn customers’ needs while building trust and rapport.
-
Manage inventory levels to established thresholds.
-
Source, purchase, track and return parts.
-
Enter vendor invoices into QuickBooks Online accounting system.
-
Manage Accounts Payable and Accounts Receivable - collect payments by cash, check, or charge; make change for cash customers, balance cash drawer and petty cash.

Enter data in and create reports from Kukui CRM and TekMetric shop management system.

Prepare letters and documents.
-
Receive and sort mail, e-mail, and deliveries.

Maintain common areas.
-
Other duties may be assigned as needed
Qualifications and Requirements - Customer Service Representative:
The successful applicant must be able to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.-
General knowledge of customer service practices and principles

Good communication skills and professional personal presentation

Good basic math skills
-
General knowledge of marketing, sales, clerical, cashier, and administrative procedures

Must possess strong organizational and multi-tasking skills.

Excellent computer skills required – including Microsoft Office 365

Applicants must pass pre-employment testing to include background checks, MVR, and drug screen.

High school diploma or equivalent required
