• 
  Assist with launching and tracking marketing campaigns.
• Manage marketing tasks with vendors.
• Promptly and accurately enter all customer inquiry data into the CRM system and effectively utilize lead management tools.
• Meet and greet all customers in a gracious, professional manner – phone, text, and in-person.
• Schedule appointments for customers
• Remind customers (phone calls) regarding upcoming appointments.
• Assist Service Advisor with Estimate preparation.
• Perform post-appointment customer satisfaction surveys.
• Respond to internet and sales inquiries with courtesy, accuracy, and professionalism.
• Learn customers’ needs while building trust and rapport.
• Manage inventory levels to established thresholds.
• Source, purchase, track and return parts.
• Enter vendor invoices into QuickBooks Online accounting system.
• Manage Accounts Payable and Accounts Receivable - collect payments by cash, check, or charge; make change for cash customers, balance cash drawer and petty cash.
• Enter data in and create reports from Kukui CRM and TekMetric shop management system.
• Prepare letters and documents.
• Receive and sort mail, e-mail, and deliveries.
• Maintain common areas.
• Other duties may be assigned as needed

• 
  The successful applicant must be able to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
• General knowledge of customer service practices and principles
• Good communication skills and professional personal presentation
• Good basic math skills
• General knowledge of marketing, sales, clerical, cashier, and administrative procedures
• Must possess strong organizational and multi-tasking skills.
• Excellent computer skills required – including Microsoft Office 365
• Applicants must pass pre-employment testing to include background checks, MVR, and drug screen.
• High school diploma or equivalent required
