Top Customer Service Executive plans and directs all aspects of an organization's customer service policies, objectives, and initiatives. Responsible for the overall satisfaction of customers. Being a Top Customer Service Executive provides leadership to establish direction and initiatives for service operations. Ensures that service policies and practices align with overall organizational direction and objectives. Additionally, Top Customer Service Executive leads a high quality customer support organization and instills a strong service culture that demonstrate industry best practices. Utilize service metrics and analytics to refine and continuously improve service delivery. Requires a bachelor's degree or equivalent. Typically reports to top management. The Top Customer Service Executive manages a departmental function within a broader corporate function. Develops major goals to support broad functional objectives. Approves policies developed within various sub-functions and departments. To be a Top Customer Service Executive typically requires 8+ years of managerial experience. Small but growing custom decorating company located in Dane County is looking for a hard working individual to assist with customer service.
Must be able to work in a fast paced industry, have a good eye for detail, and be able to follow written and verbal directions. Experience preferred, but willing to train the right person.
Full-time position available. Hours are 8:00am to 5:30pm Monday through Thursday and 8:00am to 12:00pm. Friday.
The following things will make this an easier job:
Able to efficiently work at a fast speed in a fast-paced setting
Strong problem solving skills
Basic knowledge of printing processes
Basic knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite
Strong attention to detail and accuracy
Ability to effectively communicate with others (both written and verbal)
Able to work independently but interact with others frequently
Willingness and ability to learn quicklyJob Type: Full-time
Pay: $12.00 - $18.00 per hour
