    This Role

    As the Director of Product Management for data solutions, you will lead and be responsible for the success of Data Axle's customer data management offering: Audience360. Data Axle's Audience360 is a cloud-based data and identity management solution that helps businesses clean, organize, and utilize their data to drive marketing and sales initiatives. It provides a centralized platform to manage and integrate various data sources, including first-party data, third-party data, and public data.

    Audience360 is a flagship product offering for Data Axle, undergoing significant investment. This role will be critical in setting the strategy and driving successful implementation and go-to-market. The product manager will lead the full product development lifecycle in partnership with product owners, designs, engineering, data science, analytics, operations, sales, marketing, and client services. Areas of focus include expansion to new cloud platforms, enhanced data tracking and identity resolution, AI-driven insights and data activation, activation & analytics partner integrations, productizing customer access, and delivering greater privacy and control over their data to our enterprise clients.

    Our ideal candidate is a seasoned product manager with domain expertise in data and identity management and cloud-based data platforms. This role will interface with executives and leaders from across all divisions in the company to collect input, communicate progress, and manage successful rollouts. They will need to effectively coordinate across various implementation teams to enable the rapid delivery and measurement of initiatives.

    Essential Job Functions: *

    1. Create, refine, and implement a strategic, long-term vision and roadmap for Data Axle's Audience360 data and identity management solution
    2. Identify, track, understand, and ultimately improve core business KPIs that ladder up to long-term success of the company
    3. Develop powerful insights and recommendations informed by market research and data analysis
    4. Build and present business cases that effectively articulate new ideas and ROI
    5. Prioritize ruthlessly, and articulate and defend your product roadmap across business functions
    6. Oversee the implementation process end-to-end, including requirements definition, design, and development
    7. Lead product owners in defining requirements and driving implementation process, coordinating across multiple engineering teams, data science, analytics, testing & QA, and client services
    8. Lead and participate in developing critical technical and strategic partnerships
    9. Inform and participate in go-to-market, driving adoption and measuring impact on the business

    Qualifications

    Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities:

    1. Excellent cross-functional leader, able to lead and partner with executives, product management, design, engineering, analytics, sales, marketing, operations, and client services
    2. Excellent presentation and communication skills. You can clearly and concisely communicate complex strategies and insights across various levels and functions. You can articulate plans and resourcing needs to support your strategies.
    3. Highly data-driven with strong analytics skills, able to extract insights from large and varied datasets
    4. Customer-focused with a passion for customer delight and quality of execution
    5. Fluent in Agile software development methods with focus on human-centered design process
    6. A collaborative problem solver. You tackle challenging problems best in a collaborative, cross-functional environment.

    Education, Experience, and Certification: *

    1. 10 years product management experience with a proven record of successful launches
    2. 8 years of experience working in marketing technology
    3. Domain expertise in customer data and identity management
    4. Domain expertise in adtech, martech, data platforms (including AWS, GCP, and Microsoft Azure), cloud applications, clean rooms, and CDPs
    5. Bachelor's degree in computer science, software engineering, mathematics, business, or related field combining a solid technical foundation with business savviness
